Easy Potatoes Au Gratin

  • Slice up a bunch of potatoes on the mandolin
  • spray oil on the foil (quarter sheet pan)
  • line up the potatoes on the sheet
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, salt
  • pour heavy cream (maybe a cup)
  • cover with foil, poke holes for steam
  • put in preheated toaster over — 350F for 40 mins
  • uncover, shred some cheese on top
  • put back in for 10 minutes at 400F
  • finish with a minute or 2 of broiling
