- Slice up a bunch of potatoes on the mandolin
- spray oil on the foil (quarter sheet pan)
- line up the potatoes on the sheet
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, salt
- pour heavy cream (maybe a cup)
- cover with foil, poke holes for steam
- put in preheated toaster over — 350F for 40 mins
- uncover, shred some cheese on top
- put back in for 10 minutes at 400F
- finish with a minute or 2 of broiling
