Spaghetti with Pistachio Pesto, Scallops, Shrimp and Broccoli

Delicious, simple, straight forward

For the Pesto:
Pistachios, Basil Leaves, Garlic, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
followed the steps from Babish – https://basicswithbabish.co/basicsepisodes/pesto

Nice dry spaghetti (store bought this time)

Scallops were seared in butter and olive oil (use smaller pan next time and do in more batches)

Deglazed the pan with white wine and more butter for a bomb pan sauce

Shrimp was peeled and grilled for a bit. Tossed in salted butter and lemon juice

Broccoli was roasted in toaster oven with oil and salt
